This web site is devoted to Petroglyph / Rock Art sites in and around Southern Nevada.  In Nevada there are petroglyphs and pictographs created by the Paiute, Shoshone, Chemehuevi, and the Anasazi.  I have photographed many of the well-known public rock art sites, as well as some of the lesser-known sites in the greater Southern Nevada area, and those photographs are presented on this web site.

Artifacts pictured on any of the sites listed below were photographed "in-situ", or as found and were not removed from the site.

If you know of any rock art sites or isolated petroglyphs and you are willing to share that information, please contact me by clicking anywhere in this text.  I am very interested in "new to me" sites in the greater Clark County (Las Vegas) area of Nevada.  I am especially interested in the Gold Butte region (eastern Clark County), the adjoining rivers, and Lake Mead.  Any information given to me will not be traded or given to any other person or agency.
